At Collingwood Olive Oil Co. Tasting Bar and Shop, you can expect to sample the highest quality extra virgin olive oils harvested from the most current crops around the globe. We utilize the alternating harvest seasons in the Northern and Southern hemispheres to access the most recent olive crushes, allowing us to offer the freshest juice available – not once but twice per year. Product from Tunisia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal, California, Chile, Peru, and Australia is available in our shop on a rotational basis. Global award winners are always secured and showcased in our shop.
Never pre-bottled, and protected from heat, light, and moisture, each of our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils come with detailed sensory, chemical, and nutritional information as well as a harvest date. Our olive oils are tested twice, once in California and once in an independent world-class lab in Australia, so you can rest assured that you are receiving a fresh, pure, unadulterated product of the highest standard. We offer both fused and infused oils that come in a variety of flavours, using natural ingredients only.
You are also invited to savour intense white and dark balsamic vinegars aged up to 18 years from Modena, Italy. Our balsamics are made in the traditional fashion, starting with grape “must” and working their way through a series of wooden barrels. Taste our traditional condimento and explore other flavours such as raspberry, cranberry-pear, and coconut. Our balsamic, unlike any other on the market, contains absolutely no caramel colouring (found in Coke and Pepsi).
Our product is free of artificial colour and flavour. No added sugar. Gluten free. All natural. We firmly believe that taste should not be at the expense of health. (and vice versa)

Collingwood Olive Oil Co. is independently owned and operated by Collingwood native and chef, Alex Yuen and his wife Cheryl McMenemy. Free cooking advice is always available by our knowledgeable staff!
Hours are generally 10-6 Tuesday through Saturday and 10-3 Sundays. Private tastings and parties are available.
